These terms outline FilmDigitals’ standard policies regarding bookings, cancellations, usage rights, and invoicing. By confirming a shoot, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon in writing (via email or text) and the time slot is held for the client. Once confirmed, FilmDigitals reserves that time exclusively and may decline other work for that slot.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Same-day or less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the quoted rate applies.

• Cancellations made after confirmation but before 24 hours: 50% of the quoted rate applies.

• Unconfirmed holds (i.e., tentative dates without agreement on time) may be released at any time without charge.

Example: If a confirmed booking is canceled after a specific time was reserved, a $250 cancellation fee applies.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability. A new date must be confirmed within 7 days to avoid a cancellation charge.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 5% weekly fee.

5. Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FilmDigitals retains full copyright ownership of all imagery. Usage rights for brands, agencies, or PR outlets must be licensed in writing and are subject to the agreed usage term (e.g., 6-month global social media license).

6. Deliverables

All approved deliverables are sent digitally via FilmDigitals’ secure platform. Turnaround time depends on project scope and editing requirements.

7. Liability

FilmDigitals is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, travel, technical issues, etc.), though every effort will be made to accommodate reshoots or alternate arrangements.
